“I became frustrated after an extensive search for a house to buy. However, when I met Syed, he inquired about my preferences regarding schools, jobs, cities, and house features. After gathering all the information, Syed directed me towards specific areas to focus on and assisted in making offers on several houses. Unfortunately, some offers were unsuccessful. Eventually, Syed suggested making an offer above the asking price for a house that was under market value. Fortunately, this offer was accepted, leading to the closing process. During the closing, both the lender and the seller presented challenging conditions. Additionally, the Title added a few conditions that required approval from the lender. Syed was actively involved, communicating with all parties through emails, phone calls, and text messages on a daily basis. Despite this, Title refused to cooperate with the lender unless their conditions were accepted. Syed tirelessly worked to find an alternative Title company that didn't impose conditions on the lender. Thanks to his efforts, the closing proceeded smoothly without any conditions imposed on the lender.
